McNeill Pointe Shopping Centre

McNeill Pointe was a design build shopping centre inside the beltine in Raleigh. The scope of work including four acres of site & utilities work. With construction of the four-buildings consisting of 33,000 SF.
Whitaker Centre
Raleigh, NC
Whitaker Centre is a small commercial / retail building located within the residential area on Whitaker Mill Road. It is located close to the street so as to fit in with the existing residential structures. This project received the Sir Walter Raleigh Award in 2000.
Interior Commerical Fit Ups
We have completed the following fit ups since 2018:
- Run Raleigh Physical Therapy, House of Hops, Hayes Barton Nails, Shuckin' Shack, Weight loss 20/30, (3) Radiant Wax Salons, Mega Fitness, F45 Training, Moriarty Physical Therapy, CryoNC, and Brew Coffee.
