Centre Construction Group Contact List Dale Elmore, General Contractor & Owner l Mark Jones, Senior Project Manager l Millie Hotard
"As president of the Centre Construction Group for the past eleven years, it has been my goal to work with each client on a personal basis. The last thing a client needs to worry about is construction. I try to bring the elements of the building business to light for anyone I am building for. Whether it is about pricing, scheduling or technical concerns, my office door and phone are always open. Whether I am performing a design-build project for a single business owner or working for an institutional administrator involved with many projects, I try to create a working relationship that helps my clients make the best decisions possible." Dale has been president of the Centre Construction Group since its conception in 1991. He oversees all scheduling, cost estimating and construction. With a Bachelor's of Science degree in Economics from North Carolina State University and thirteen years in the medical construction industry, he brings with him the knowledge and experience a company needs to provide exemplary construction services. Mark
Jones A building is more than a box that we live in or work in. It is an environment that appeals to all of our senses. It is an environment that can be comfortable or uncomfortable, big or small, quaint or high tech. My education is in design but my experience is in construction. I have been able to merge the two to my advantage. I look at the largest of projects in fine detail. These experiences help in communicating with architects and engineers. Over the past twelve years I have managed projects from a few thousand dollars in value to over fifteen million dollars. Whether it has been a small addition to a house or a forty thousand square foot pathology lab for Duke University Hospital, I look at both with the same set of eyes and pay attention to the smallest of details. I don’t believe a building can be built from behind a desk. I am on my project sites as much or more than in the office. I am the eyes and ears for our clients. Millie
